Diet smoothies are smoothies to replace your normal breakfast. Most breakfasts consist of bread and/ or cornflakes.  Cereals and grains are built with carbohydrates. Most people engulf far too many carbs per day resulting in overweight.  Simply replace those carbs with fruits, vegetables, nuts, pure chocolate and dairy products. We use dairy products as soy milk, fresh coconut milk, skimmed milk and fat free yogurt for our diet smoothies.
