Goodmorning everyone! This morning I made the perfect breakfast smoothie with banana and oatmeal. This diet smoothie for breakfast will boost your day!

I used frozen pieces of banana and in that case you will not need to add ice cubes to your ingredients for this banana oatmeal smoothie.
The chocolate shavings I created myself with the use of a rasp.

Oatmeal for breakfast is just a perfect start of the day! It reduces the risk of heart disease and lowers your blood cholesterol.
Of course you need to combine your oatmeal with other fat free products, like skimmed milk, fat free yogurt, fruits, etc. Since these facts are proofed by many studies a lot of people use oatmeal cereals for breakfast.
  • 2 bananas (frozen pieces)
  • ½ cup fat free yogurt (120 ml)
  • 1½ cup skimmed milk (360 ml)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal (90 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons 99% pure chocolate shavings
  1. Peel the bananas and chop them in four pieces. Fill your blender with all the ingredients and mix for 30 secondes.
  2. Drape the chocolate shavings on top of the smoothies.
