Blackberry apple smoothie is our newest fruit smoothie. Blackberries contain a lot of healthy vitamins and minerals. Berries are also known to prevent cancer and strokes.

I like my smooties to contain berries, like this blackberry apple smoothie. Blackberries are so healthy and tasty!

Another plus is that they make your smoothie super colorful :)

To save some money I collected my blackberries from the woods nearby my house.
Brazil and Mexico are leading countries that produce this bramble and export the fresh fruit to the United States and Europe.
  • 1 cup blackberries (150 gram)
  • 2 apples
  • 1¾ cup fat free yogurt (420 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  1. Peel the apples and remove the cores. Chop the apple in pieces and toss them together with the ingredients in your blender. Blend till smooth for about 30 seconds.
