A blueberry smoothie is a classic smoothie. I love those blueberries! A fruit native to North America has been enjoyed by the Americans for hundreds of years. And blueberries are ranked among the fruits with the highest rate of antioxidant capacities.

Enjoy my blueberry smoothie recipe! This blueberry smoothie is a fruit smoothie and not a diet smoothie.

Greek yogurt is pretty fat, but also very jummie :)

The almond shavings I bought in the supermarket in a small pack. Blueberries contain many healthy nutritions like vitamin C, K and manganese.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries (150 gram)
  • 2 apples
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt (90 ml)
  • 1¼ cup skimmed milk (300 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon almond shavings
Instructions
  1. Peel the apples and discared them of the core. Then chop the apples in little pieces and combine them with the milk, yoghurt and blueberries in your blender. Blend till smoothened for about 30 seconds.
  2. Drape some almond shavings on top of the blueberry smoothies.
