This cherry mango smoothie for breakfast will give you all the vitamins you need for the rest of the day. Cherries are fat free and contain lots of vitamins and antioxidants.

I used frozen and unsweetened cherries for this cherry mango smoothie, because they are already pitted.

Combine the mint honey and the fruits and you will have a spectacular tasty smoothie!

Some nutrition fact of cherries and mangos. They are almost fat free fruits and contain lots of vitamin C and vitamin B 6. Those are antioxidants that will prevent strokes, cancer and heart and vascular diseases.
  • 1 cup frozen cherries (150 gram)
  • 1 cup mango pieces (150 gram)
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt
  • ½ cup skimmed milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  1. Peel your mango and toss the mango slices in the blender together with all the other ingredients. Blend till smooth for about 40 seconds.
