Coconut smoothie has a variety of fresh summer fruits and has a basis of cocountmilk and yoghurt. A diet smoothie with an amazing fresh taste!

For this coconut smoothie you will need a real coconut because we use the fresh coconut juice. Fresh coconut juice is very healthy and fat free compared to the canned coconut milk from the supermarket.

The natural habitat of the coconut is the tropic and sub-tropic areas of the world around the equator. This is a massive area and therefore many people in the world use the coconut for their daily diet.
  • 1 cup raw coconut milk (240 ml)
  • ½ cup skimmed milk (120 ml)
  • 3 kiwis
  • ½ coconut in pieces
  • ½ cup strawberries (75 gram)
  1. Chop all your fruits in small pieces and toss them in the blender.
  2. Blend till your fruit smoothie has smooth texture.
