Raw endive is enriched with a high degree of vitamin K, vitamin A and folate.

A lot of people are surpised when they hear about a green smoothie. Raw vegetables in a drink!? Yes it sounds not to tasty, but believe me it is delicious, healty and even sweet!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped raw endive (100 gram)
  • 2 apples
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • ½ cup skimmed milk (120 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the apples and kiwis. Toss them in your blender with the other ingredients and blnd till smooth.
