You will love this kiwi banana smoothie. It is a sweet and healthy fruit smoothie and contains more vitamins than your daily required average.

The taste of this fruit smoothie is sweet and it tastes like a milkshake. Kiwi is a superfood, one kiwi contains already more vitamin C than your daily value.

If you use banana in your smoothie you will notice that the taste of banana is really overpowering.
For this kiwi banana smoothie I recommend above mix of ingredients.
  • 6 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt (180ml)
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon almond shavings
  1. If you want to make 1 cup of orange juice you will need 7 oranges, but you can also use an orange juice package.
  2. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend for 40 seconds till smooth. Drape a few almond shavings on top of your smoothies.
