A kiwi blueberry smoothie contains many vitamins for your fresh start. We used fat free ingredients and some superfoods as kiwi, mint and hennep seeds.

It was not feeling a 100 percent and it was definitely time for a good smoothie as breakfast with many vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.

This kiwi blueberry smoothie is the result. I only used fruits with many vitamins and some additional superfoods as hemp seeds and mint. Almond milk is also a great product to use in smoothies. I used the plain almond milk, but you can also use the vanilla or chocolate flavoured almond milk.
It does not contain any cholesterol, animal products or lactose, so it is perfect for vegans.
  • 5 kiwis
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (150 gram)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt
  • 6 leaves mint
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  1. Peel the kiwis and chop them in pieces. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth for about 40 seconds.
