This radish smoothie is another best-smoothies.com creation. A green smoothie recipe for 2 persons that is healthy, tasty and good looking as well!

Last month I had a mandatory course for my job. I was pretty nervous for the exam and thought of a smoothie to increase readiness. This radish smoothie did the trick and I passed my exam :)

Radish and carrots are very good for your eyes! Also they increase your brain activity.
Furthermore the strawberries will give you all the necessary vitamins. Of course there are a lot of energy drinks that claim to give you energy and brain stimulus and mostly these power drinks are very cheap in the supermarket. Unfortunately these drinks contain lots of sugar or sorbitol. The sugars will only give you a short energy rush, will make you fat and are bad for your teeth. And on top of that sugars will not leave your body easily.
To break those sugars down your system will need a lot of healthy greens.

Better use our recipe and make your own power drink to increase your brain activity!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raw radishes
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Fat free yogurt
  • ½ cup Orange juice
Instructions
  1. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend for about 30 seconds till smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie in two glasses.
  2. If you want to use fresh orange juice you will need three oranges for ½ cup orange juice.
