Goodmorning all! This is my newest superfood smoothie. This spinach cucumber smoothie is a really healthy green smoothie.

The spinach cucumber smoothie is just amazing! You can easily drink this one as breakfast, because it is pretty sweet.

Spinach origins from Persia and cultivated in Europe around 1550. We are using raw spinach for this green smoothie recipe, but studies show that packed spinach has almost no loss in nutritions. Of course spinch contains lots of iron, but also calcium.
  • 4 cups raw spinach (120 gram)
  • 2 kiwis
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon lemon
  • 1¾ cups apple juice (420 ml)
  1. Peel the cucumber and the kiwi and chop them in pieces. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend until your desired consistency.
