Kiwi fruit is one of the fruits that contain the most vitamins of all fruits. And therefore they are just the perfect ingredient for a smoothie recipe.

There are around 60 different types of kiwis, but most of them are alike and only vary little in shape and skin.
The main countries that produce kiwis are Italy, New Zealand and Chile. Nowadays they are not considered a exotic fruit anymore.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen (150 gram)
  • 4 kiwis
Instructions
  1. You will need one grapefruit to produce 1 cup of grapefruit juice. Extract the juice with a fruit juice machine.
  2. Peel and chop the kiwis and toss them in your blender with the other ingredients. Blend till smooth for about 30 seconds.
