Oatmeal is a cheap Superfood for in the morning. This lovely and delicous strawberry oatmeal smoothie is a perfect breakfast smoothie.

I love to start the day with my strawberry oatmeal smoothie. It has multiple superfood ingredients as oatmeal and honey. I am using oatmeal for my breakfast almost everyday now.
It is a really cheap product and it contains a lot dietary fibers. So for your diet this also great product. You can make this delicious smoothie, but also make a classic oatmeal breakfast with warm milk and fresh fruits.

If you want to drink this smoothie as a diet smoothie, then you will need to leave out the Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries (150 gram)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Oatmeal (raw)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Orange juice (120 ml)
  1. Peel and chop the banana. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
  2. If you make fresh orange juice for this strawberry oatmeal smoothie you will need 3 oranges.
