The tangerine smoothie with blueberries and pure chocolate is a really healthy and delicious fruit smoothie. I drunk this smoothie for breakfast to jump start my day.

My tangerine smoothie with blueberries and pure chcolate really did the trick I felt energetic and cheerful all day!

This fruit smoothie will give all the vitamins you need according to the recommended dietary allowance.

Tangerine origins from the area around the city Tangerine in Morocco. Tangerines are referred to as mandarines in Australia.
  • 5 tangerines
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (150 gram)
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup skimmed milk (180 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon pure chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon pure chocolate shavings
  1. Peel the tangerines and toss the pieces in the blender with the other ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds till smooth.
  2. With the use of a rasp you can shave a tablespoon of chocolate shavings from a pure chocolate bar.
  3. Serve the smoohie in two glasses and drape the the chocolate shavings on top of the smoothies.
