This coffee strawberry smoothie is a good choice to start your day with lots of energy. With all instant coffees you can make iced coffee. Therefore instant coffee is what you need to make a coffee smoothie.

Our coffee strawberry smoothie is a real kickstarter. The frozen strawberries contain lots of vitamins and the almond shavings will give you the necessary dietary fibers.

Definitely the best smoothie of the month! I like my coffee smoothie with a lot of milk, but you can make your own mix between the amounts of milk and water.
Also you could add some sugar if you prefer.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 teaspoons Instant coffee (NescafĂ©)
  • 1¼ cup Skimmed milk (240 ml)
  • 6 Icecubes
  • ¼ cup Water (60 ml)
  • 1½ tablespoon Almond shavings
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the banana. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
  2. Drape some almond shavings on top of the smoothies for the visual effect.

  • 6 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt (180ml)
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon almond shavings
Instructions
  1. If you want to make 1 cup of orange juice you will need 7 oranges, but you can also use an orange juice package.

The almond shavings I bought in the supermarket in a small pack. Blueberries contain many healthy nutritions like vitamin C, K and manganese.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries (150 gram)
  • 2 apples
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt (90 ml)
  • 1¼ cup skimmed milk (300 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon almond shavings
Instructions
  1. Peel the apples and discared them of the core. Then chop the apples in little pieces and combine them with the milk, yoghurt and blueberries in your blender. Blend till smoothened for about 30 seconds.
  2. Drape some almond shavings on top of the blueberry smoothies.
