The strawberry grapefruit juice smoothie is an amazing fruit smoothie that will also work great in your dieet.

I drink a glass of grapefruit juice almost every morning. Grapefruit contains a lot of vitamins and dietary fibers and you really feel a whole lot better during the day.

The taste of this smoothie is sweet and sour with a whiff of mint. I recommend to make your own grapefruit juice instead of packed grapefruit juice
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (150 gram)
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup grapefruit juice (180 ml)
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • 8 mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Make the grapefruit juice. You will need one grapefruit for about ¾ cup of grapefruit juice.
  2. Peel the banana and break it in big chunks.
  3. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie in two glasses and enjoy! :)

I started my day with this amazing diet smoothie with raisins. I planned a nice field trip with my mountainbike so I could use the necessary protein and fibers. This smoothie will also boost your metabolism!

Strawberries, raisins and 99% pure cacao chocolate are the sweeteners for this smoothie and they will put a smile on your face when drinking this smoothie! :)
Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • ⅛ cup Raisins
  • 1¼ cup Fat free yogurt
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon 99% pure cacao chocolate

Instructions

Our coffee strawberry smoothie is a real kickstarter. The frozen strawberries contain lots of vitamins and the almond shavings will give you the necessary dietary fibers.

Definitely the best smoothie of the month! I like my coffee smoothie with a lot of milk, but you can make your own mix between the amounts of milk and water.
Also you could add some sugar if you prefer.

What makes a great fruit smoothie? The basis of a good smoothie is three different fruits and one of those fruits needs to be frozen. I always have some frozen fruit in my freezer. You can buy frozen fruits in the supermarket, but I like to freeze some fresh fruits myself.
One of the easiest fresh fruits to freeze is the banana. Peel a banana and break it in chunks. I always use freezer bags for proper hygiene.

  • 6 Tangerines
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana (frozen chunks)

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Peel the tangerines and remove any seeds. Cut the apple, remove the core and chop in pieces.

This red grape raspberry smoothie is our newest best smoothie! A natural sweetened fruit smoothie which will blow your mind and is also really healthy.

Red grapes are known to be the basis for red wines, but for this smoothie they are also the main ingredient. Grapes are really healthy and contain copper, vitamin B6 and hold a lot of dietry fiber.

Raspberries are the nutural sweetener of this smoothie and contain even more dietary fiber than the grapes. So this smoothie is perfect one for your diet. Raspberries also contain many vitamins and a high level of manganese.

Our coconut blueberry smoothie is a really fresh fruit smoothie with an amazing color. The mint taste combines perfectly with the fruit flavours.

First you will need to drain the fresh coconut water from the coconut. I always use a head screwdriver and push it through the sofest of the three holes on top of the coconut.

Unfortunately not all coconut will hold the fresh coconut water. In that case you can replace the coconut water with skimmed milk or plain water.

To easily crack the coconut open I put the coconut in my hand palm and tap the coconut alongside the equator on a hard rock.
Alternatively go outside and throw the coconut 8 feet in the air and let it crack open on the pavement.

My banana chunks were also frozen, but that is not a necessity for this coconut blueberry smoothie.

  • ½ cup fresh coconut chunks (150 gram)
  • ½ cup fresh coconut water (120 ml)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (150 gram)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup skimmed milk (120 ml)
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt (180 ml)
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

  1. Crack the coconut open en extract the fresh coconut chunks. For ½ cup of coconut chunks you will need half a coconut.
  2. peel the banana and toss the banana chunks in your blender with all the other ingredients. Blend for about 45 seconds till smooth.

Coffee smoothie with hazelnuts, banana and pure chocolate is an amazing smoothie for breakfast. I tried all kinds of coffees in the morning, but this coffee smoothie gave me the best coffee break ever.

Why is this the best coffee smoothie ever!? The taste of the coffee perfectly combines with the hazelnuts, chocolate and banana.

Try it, and let us know if this is also your best coffee ever. The hazelnuts are very healthy and according to their nutrition facts they are a real superfood! They contain a massive amount of vitamins and minerals, like vitamin A, C, K, calcium and iron.

I collected my hazelnuts in the woods to save some money. You will need to dry the hazelnuts for two weeks in a warm place in your home before consuming them. Also you can put them in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 Fahrenheit (70 degrees celsius or 345 Kelvin).

Instant coffee from nescafe is my favorite instant coffee, but you can also use your own brand. This is because you can use all instant coffee brands for iced coffee.

  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee (Nescafé)
  • 1 cup skimmed milk (240 ml)
  • ¼ cup water (60 ml)
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 8 hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon pure chocolate (bar)
  • 2 bananas

This lovely strawberry banana smoothie is one of the most famous smoothies! Banana taste tends to overpower the strawberries, but this is the perfect mix.

A mix of strawberries and bananas is probably the most used fruitmix for smoothies, fruit juices and milkshakes.

The challenge is to get the perfect mix between the sweet strawberries and the overpowering taste of the banana.

Try my recipe for this strawberry banana smoothie and you will probabaly agree with me that the mix is just perfect.
To give the smoothie more "bite" I used a teaspoon of lemon and grapefruit juice.

An amazing taste, better than a milkshake and no sugar added! Morever a very healthy fruit smoothie with many vitamins.

And yes, of course you can make this smoothie with a green or red bell pepper :)

After preparing your bell pepper in the oven you can also freeze the bell pepper pieces in your freezer.
This will be more efficient if you make another green smoothie with bell pepper another time.

As you can imagine is my freeze packed with frozen vegetables and fruits :)

  • ⅔ cup yellow bell pepper (about ½ bell pepper)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1½ cups fat free yogurt (360 ml)
  • ⅓ cup water (80 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds (10 ml)
Instructions
  1. We will grill the bell pepper in the oven to give the smoothie a smokey flavour. Remove the stalk of the pepper and get rid of the seeds and pith. Cut the pepper lengthwise in big chunks.
  2. Wash the chunks and dry. Grill the pieces in your oven on tin foil for about 15 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).
  3. When the pepper pieces are cooled you can peel the skin away.
  4. Peel the banana and avocado. Cut them in pieces and toss them together with all the ingredients in your blender.
  5. Blend till smooth for about 45 seconds.

Goodmorning everyone! This morning I made the perfect breakfast smoothie with banana and oatmeal. This diet smoothie for breakfast will boost your day!

I used frozen pieces of banana and in that case you will not need to add ice cubes to your ingredients for this banana oatmeal smoothie.
The chocolate shavings I created myself with the use of a rasp.

Oatmeal for breakfast is just a perfect start of the day! It reduces the risk of heart disease and lowers your blood cholesterol.
Of course you need to combine your oatmeal with other fat free products, like skimmed milk, fat free yogurt, fruits, etc. Since these facts are proofed by many studies a lot of people use oatmeal cereals for breakfast.

  • 2 bananas (frozen pieces)
  • ½ cup fat free yogurt (120 ml)
  • 1½ cup skimmed milk (360 ml)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal (90 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons 99% pure chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Peel the bananas and chop them in four pieces. Fill your blender with all the ingredients and mix for 30 secondes.
  2. Drape the chocolate shavings on top of the smoothies.
