I am a real mango fan and this mango blueberry smoothie is one of my favorite fruit smoothies.
The tablespoon honey is optional if you want to sweeten your smoothie.
Blueberries are native to North America. The North American species are now used by New Zealand, Australia and South American countries to commercially produce blueberries.
- 1 mango in pieces
- ½ cup frozen blueberries (150 gram)
- 1 cup skimmed milk (240 ml)
- ¾ cup fat free yogurt (180 ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Peel and then chop the mango in pieces. Toss the mango pieces together with the ingredients in the blender. Blend for about 30 seconds should be enough.
