Our grape smoothie contains lots of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. I enjoyed this fruit smoothie a lot after my weekly workout in the gym, but it will be also great as breakfast.

Red grapes are the basis for red wine and they say that a daily glass of red wine is really healthy, but I reckon that my grape smoothie is even better for your health! Domesticated growing of grapes begun 8000 years BC in the Middle East.

Later this spread through Europe and the United States.
Spain is the number own producer of grapes in the world and more than 50% of the production are seedless grapes.

For this grape smoothie I also recommend to use seedless grapes.

  2. Toss all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 30-40 seconds till smooth and creamy.

Tangerine apple smoothie for two servings in five minutes ready to drink! This is the perfect breakfast smoothie made of fresh fruits that will boost your day.

A tangerine apple smoothie with banana and honey is a perfect fruit smoothie.

What makes a great fruit smoothie? The basis of a good smoothie is three different fruits and one of those fruits needs to be frozen. I always have some frozen fruit in my freezer. You can buy frozen fruits in the supermarket, but I like to freeze some fresh fruits myself.
One of the easiest fresh fruits to freeze is the banana. Peel a banana and break it in chunks. I always use freezer bags for proper hygiene.
Ingredients
  • 6 Tangerines
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana (frozen chunks)
  • 1¼ cup fat free yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. Peel the tangerines and remove any seeds. Cut the apple, remove the core and chop in pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in your blender and mix for 40 seconds till smooth.
  3. Serve the tangerine apple smoothie in two big glasses.
  4. Optional: you can make your own orange juice. You will need the juice from 3 oranges.
