One of our best-smoothies recipes is this kiwi raspberry smoothie. Kiwis, raspberries and orange juice contains lots of vitamins. 1 glass of this smoothie gives you enough vitamins for the whole day.

Chia seed is a superfood providing the necessary dietary fiber. Vegan diets refrain from any animal consuming products. This means that you do not eat meat, but also no animal derived products as eggs, milk and other dairy products. It is proven to be a really healthy diet that reduces the risk of heart diseases. Important to know for vegans is that you will need to take vitamin B12 supplement.

Soy milk original is made of natural plants, mainly soybeans and is a perfect product for vegans. You can drink soy milk in the coffee, with your cereal or just drink it plain. Because of the subtle taste it is also a nice basis for smoothies. My natural soy milk contains added vitamin B12 supplement.
Ingredients
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the kiwis. Toss all the ingrdients in the blender and blend till smooth in about 40 seconds.
  2. Optional is to produce your own fresh orange juice. You will need about 5 oranges for ¾ cup orange juice.

This red grape raspberry smoothie is our newest best smoothie! A natural sweetened fruit smoothie which will blow your mind and is also really healthy.

Red grapes are known to be the basis for red wines, but for this smoothie they are also the main ingredient. Grapes are really healthy and contain copper, vitamin B6 and hold a lot of dietry fiber.

Raspberries are the nutural sweetener of this smoothie and contain even more dietary fiber than the grapes. So this smoothie is perfect one for your diet. Raspberries also contain many vitamins and a high level of manganese.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes (pitted)
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup skimmed milk
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt
  • 3 leaves fresh mint
Instructions
  1. Peel the banana and chop it in chunks. Tos all the ingredients in your blender and mix for 40 seconds. Pour the smoothie in two big glasses and enjoy!
