A spinach melon smoothie will boost your day! The honeydew melon is the sweetener for this green smoothie with frozen spinach and celery.

Spinach is one of the best veggies to use in a green smoothie. Raw frozen spinach chopped or leaves contain many vitamins and minerals!

Make sure you do not buy the creamed frozen spinach for this smoothie.

My spinach melon smoothie has a pretty sweet taste, because the honeydew contains a lot of natural fruit sugars. Celery contains a lot of water, but also some vitamins.
I use celery a lot in my green smoothies to give the main veggie some additional flavour.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen spinach (150 gram)
  • 1 cup honeydew melon (150 gram)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup skimmed milk (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt (180ml)
Instructions
  1. Chop 1 stalk of celery and cut pieces from the honeydew melon. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 45 seconds.

Goodmorning all! This is my newest superfood smoothie. This spinach cucumber smoothie is a really healthy green smoothie.

The spinach cucumber smoothie is just amazing! You can easily drink this one as breakfast, because it is pretty sweet.

Spinach origins from Persia and cultivated in Europe around 1550. We are using raw spinach for this green smoothie recipe, but studies show that packed spinach has almost no loss in nutritions. Of course spinch contains lots of iron, but also calcium.
Ingredients
  • 4 cups raw spinach (120 gram)
  • 2 kiwis
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon lemon
  • 1¾ cups apple juice (420 ml)
Instructions
  1. Peel the cucumber and the kiwi and chop them in pieces. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend until your desired consistency.
