The strawberry grapefruit juice smoothie is an amazing fruit smoothie that will also work great in your dieet.

I drink a glass of grapefruit juice almost every morning. Grapefruit contains a lot of vitamins and dietary fibers and you really feel a whole lot better during the day.

The taste of this smoothie is sweet and sour with a whiff of mint. I recommend to make your own grapefruit juice instead of packed grapefruit juice
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (150 gram)
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup grapefruit juice (180 ml)
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • 8 mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Make the grapefruit juice. You will need one grapefruit for about ¾ cup of grapefruit juice.
  2. Peel the banana and break it in big chunks.
  3. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie in two glasses and enjoy! :)

Last month I had a mandatory course for my job. I was pretty nervous for the exam and thought of a smoothie to increase readiness. This radish smoothie did the trick and I passed my exam :)

Radish and carrots are very good for your eyes! Also they increase your brain activity.
Furthermore the strawberries will give you all the necessary vitamins. Of course there are a lot of energy drinks that claim to give you energy and brain stimulus and mostly these power drinks are very cheap in the supermarket. Unfortunately these drinks contain lots of sugar or sorbitol. The sugars will only give you a short energy rush, will make you fat and are bad for your teeth. And on top of that sugars will not leave your body easily.
To break those sugars down your system will need a lot of healthy greens.

Better use our recipe and make your own power drink to increase your brain activity!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raw radishes
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Fat free yogurt
  • ½ cup Orange juice
Instructions
  1. Toss all the ingredients in your blender and blend for about 30 seconds till smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie in two glasses.
  2. If you want to use fresh orange juice you will need three oranges for ½ cup orange juice.

Our grape smoothie contains lots of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. I enjoyed this fruit smoothie a lot after my weekly workout in the gym, but it will be also great as breakfast.

  • 2 tablespoons Oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Orange juice (120ml)
  • 1 cup Fat free yogurt (240ml)

  1. Crack the hazelnuts open if you use raw ones like I did. I also used fresh orange juice and you will need about 3 oranges for half a cup.

Is that baby pineapple for real!!? :) Yes it is, and it comes from South Africa. It tastes just the same a normal pineapple, but looks pretty good for the picture.

I made my pineapple strawberry smoothie with fresh orange juice, but you can easily use orange juice from a pack.

I used two superfood supplements for this fruit smoothie; flax seed and cinnamon. Flax seed is perfect for your dieet, because it contains a lot of dietary fibers.
Cinnamon is a spice that comes from the bark of several trees and is a product that is reported since 2000 BC in China and ancient Egypt. In the past cinnamon has been used as a traditional medicine for many cures, but its effects has not been proven by nowadays science.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (150 gram)
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries (150 gram)
  • 1 cup Fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • ¾ cup Orange juice (180 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons Flax seed
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Slice the skin from the pineapple and remove the hard core. Cut the pineapple in chunks. Toss all the ingredients in your blender, except for the cinnamon. Blend for 40 seconds till smooth. Drape a pinch of cinnamon on top of the smoothies.
  2. Optional if you want to make your own fresh orange juice you will need about 5 oranges.

This coffee strawberry smoothie is a good choice to start your day with lots of energy. With all instant coffees you can make iced coffee. Therefore instant coffee is what you need to make a coffee smoothie.

Our coffee strawberry smoothie is a real kickstarter. The frozen strawberries contain lots of vitamins and the almond shavings will give you the necessary dietary fibers.

Furthermore the strawberries I used were frozen. In the top of coconut you will spot three eyes. Use a head scewdriver and push through the softest eye. Drain the fresh coconut through the hole by holding the coconut upside down.
