Raspberries are the nutural sweetener of this smoothie and contain even more dietary fiber than the grapes. So this smoothie is perfect one for your diet. Raspberries also contain many vitamins and a high level of manganese.

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup red grapes (pitted)
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup skimmed milk
- ¾ cup fat free yogurt
- 3 leaves fresh mint
- Peel the banana and chop it in chunks. Tos all the ingredients in your blender and mix for 40 seconds. Pour the smoothie in two big glasses and enjoy!
