This red grape raspberry smoothie is our newest best smoothie! A natural sweetened fruit smoothie which will blow your mind and is also really healthy.

Red grapes are known to be the basis for red wines, but for this smoothie they are also the main ingredient. Grapes are really healthy and contain copper, vitamin B6 and hold a lot of dietry fiber.

Raspberries are the nutural sweetener of this smoothie and contain even more dietary fiber than the grapes. So this smoothie is perfect one for your diet. Raspberries also contain many vitamins and a high level of manganese.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes (pitted)
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup skimmed milk
  • ¾ cup fat free yogurt
  • 3 leaves fresh mint
Instructions
  1. Peel the banana and chop it in chunks. Tos all the ingredients in your blender and mix for 40 seconds. Pour the smoothie in two big glasses and enjoy!

This lovely strawberry banana smoothie is one of the most famous smoothies! Banana taste tends to overpower the strawberries, but this is the perfect mix.

A mix of strawberries and bananas is probably the most used fruitmix for smoothies, fruit juices and milkshakes.

The challenge is to get the perfect mix between the sweet strawberries and the overpowering taste of the banana.

Try my recipe for this strawberry banana smoothie and you will probabaly agree with me that the mix is just perfect.
To give the smoothie more "bite" I used a teaspoon of lemon and grapefruit juice.

An amazing taste, better than a milkshake and no sugar added! Morever a very healthy fruit smoothie with many vitamins.

1 glass contains 100 percent of your daily vitamin A and C! :)
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries (225 gram)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice (240ml)
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt (240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. You will need one grapefruit to produce 1 cup of grapefruit juice. Extract the juice with a fruit juice machine.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and toss them in your blender. Blend till smooth and creamy.
